Sales & Marketing Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns:

    Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for

    Janus

    , from ideation to execution and performance tracking.
  • Outbound Sales:

    Conduct targeted

    cold outreach

    (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Tracking:

    Maintain detailed trackers of leads, campaigns, conversions, and outreach metrics. Present weekly insights and recommendations.
  • Social Media Management:

    Manage and grow our

    LinkedIn and other social channels

    with consistent, engaging content aligned to our brand.
  • Market Research:

    Identify prospective clients, analyze competitor strategies, and suggest new go-to-market opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with founders to refine messaging, positioning, and client communication.
  • (Nice to have)

    Create

    basic marketing creatives

    (flyers, social posts, decks) using Canva/Adobe.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and writing skills; able to craft clear, persuasive outreach.
  • Self-starter

    with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in maintaining records.
  • Demonstrated interest in

    B2B sales, marketing, or startups

    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (for trackers).
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn and professional networking.
  • (Bonus) Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe/Figma).
