Job Description - Sales and Marketing

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and executing marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or internal systems
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics) for order execution
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events

Marketing

  • Support marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Create engaging marketing content for social media, emailers, and websites
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in developing product promotions, brochures, and digital content
  • Track campaign performance and propose optimization strategies
  • Manage key marketing platforms including LinkedIn, website updates, and email marketing tools

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Industrial / B2B experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions

Ability to work under deadlines and target-driven environments

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
