About the Role We are seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead our growth across institutional and high-end retail channels. You’ll be the face of the brand in B2B environments, leading communication strategies and crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with the luxury wellness audience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Brand Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive brand communication strategy tailored for the premium wellness segment. Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, retail, and institutional touchpoints. Institutional Marketing & Client Acquisition Design and implement go-to-market strategies targeting luxury hotels, wellness centers, and retail partnerships. Lead B2B sales efforts, drive client outreach, and convert high-value leads. Content & Campaign Management Oversee the creation of premium marketing assets, including brand stories, pitch decks, and presentations. Manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Market Intelligence & Innovation Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights. Recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, FMCG, or wellness segments. Proven track record in institutional marketing, brand development, and campaign leadership. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Proficient in marketing software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and open to travel as per business needs.
