Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will involve identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and industry events. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify leads. Building relationships with key decision-makers and target companies will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will prepare customized proposals and quotations based on customers" requirements and negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining ongoing communications with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. It will also be essential to address customers" inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. You will need to track sales performance against targets, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to management. Strong communication and presentation skills will be vital for effectively carrying out these responsibilities. You should also demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Furthermore, you will be expected to participate in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company to create awareness of the products and services offered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing packing machine industry is preferred for this role. The qualifications required for this position are a B.E in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA in Sales & Marketing. In terms of skills, you should possess expertise in market research, negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, teamwork, marketing, sales, and lead generation.
