Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Automobile Part Manufacturing Industry located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, your role involves obtaining and documenting order/schedule feedback from customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction. You will coordinate with customers on product costing and rate revisions, input sales orders accurately in the ERP system, and share order acknowledgments with customers including delivery schedules. Analyzing scheduled vs. actual deliveries, ensuring consistent and timely product supply, responding to customer emails promptly, and resolving any queries efficiently are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain and document order/schedule feedback from customers - Coordinate with customers on product costing and rate revisions - Input sales orders accurately in the ERP system - Share order acknowledgments with customers, including confirmed delivery schedules - Analyze scheduled vs. actual deliveries and update internal teams and customers - Ensure smooth coordination for consistent and timely product supply - Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails - Address and resolve customer queries or concerns efficiently Key Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing or related field - 3 years or more experience in the Manufacturing Industry - Basic commercial knowledge - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, you will benefit from food provision, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
