Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for representing Longefit Health Private Ltd in corporate tie-up meetings and external partnerships, traveling as required for business development activities, supervising the Customer Relationship Executive team, overseeing client conversion processes, engaging with leads for new client acquisition, and building strong client relationships while maintaining consistent follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company in corporate tie-up meetings and partnerships with external organizations - Willingness to travel as and when required for business development activities - Supervise and support the Customer Relationship Executive team - Oversee client conversion processes and monitor successful client onboarding - Engage with leads and drive new client acquisition - Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups Qualification Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage - Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team - Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others - Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory Additional Company Details: Longefit Health Private Ltd is a company in the Fitness and Wellness industry located in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi.
