Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and creative marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies that promote brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Duties:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

Marketing Duties:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on results.
• Maintain and update customer database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related role.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
