Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our FRP Rebar team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly collaborate with both sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies that drive business growth. Sales Support: - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. - Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for clients. - Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Coordinate sales meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and assist in the preparation of sales reports. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues or concerns. - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team and management. Marketing Support: - Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing. - Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards. - Support the organization and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive online presence across various platforms. - Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams. - Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy. - Coordinate joint initiatives, ensuring both teams work seamlessly towards common goals. - Provide support for market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in a sales or marketing role for FRP. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management). - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
