one customer success manager, who is passionate to serve the customers and hungry to

grow in the career very fast and ready to learn a lot for that growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential B2B leads through online research, existing databases, and references.

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce products and offers.

• Pitch slow-moving inventory items effectively to drive sales and clear stock.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy.

• Provide regular reports on call outcomes and market feedback.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).

• Proven experience in cold calling, tele sales, or B2B lead generation (FMCG/Food/Distribution background preferred).

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and daily targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets).

• Positive attitude towards Learning
