Key Responsibilities:
• 🔹 Vendor Management
• Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors for transportation and logistics services.
• Maintain a database of vendors and coordinate rates, capacity, and availability.
• 🔹 Client Visits & Relationship Management
• Regularly visit existing and potential clients to understand their logistics needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• 🔹 Lead Generation & Market Development
• Scout for new clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Retrieve RFQs (Request for Quotations) and prepare timely and competitive proposals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• 🔹 Market Intelligence Gathering
• Continuously collect and report logistics-related data including seasonal demand, freight rate fluctuations, and industry developments.
• Identify upcoming logistics requirements in designated Hindi-speaking regions.
• 🔹 Sales Target Achievement
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Support business development campaigns and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• ✔️ Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in logistics preferred)
