As a Sales and Marketing Associate at Ebase Infratech Pvt. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and managing the online presence through social media, website updates, and email campaigns. Building strong customer relationships, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in preparing sales presentations, reports, and forecasts for senior management, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends, and tracking marketing campaign performance to provide feedback for future initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, close sales effectively, and knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software are essential. Familiarity with the real estate market and developments in Gurgaon, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure will also be beneficial.
