Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing sales strategies, engaging in direct customer service, conducting training sessions for new team members, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role requires active communication with clients and internal teams to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to develop and deliver Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the influencer marketing or social media industry is a plus
