Sales and Marketing Assistant

You are a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for promoting and selling heat exchanger products. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and networking. - Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers. - Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable heat exchanger solutions. - Preparing and delivering technical sales presentations. - Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet targets. - Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment. On the marketing front, you will: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. - Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media promotions. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. - Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and product catalogs. - Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. - Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of heat exchangers and industrial products is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development. Preferred skills include: - Experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing. - Knowledge of CRM software for lead management. - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
