Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, actively pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also conduct training sessions for clients as needed and oversee aspects of sales management to achieve team goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients, address their needs, and maintain long-term relationships. Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets. Experience in Training clients to ensure proper understanding of products and boosting customer satisfaction. Understanding of market trends and industry-specific sales techniques is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to drive results. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
