As a Sales & Marketing Executive for our heat exchanger products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and close sales deals will be crucial to meeting targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, we welcome candidates with a passion for sales and marketing to join our team. In the sales domain, you will be tasked with conducting market research, networking, and delivering technical sales presentations to potential clients. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. On the marketing front, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, participating in industry events, and conducting competitor analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. While prior experience is beneficial, we also encourage freshers to apply. Basic knowledge of heat exchangers and proficiency in MS Office tools are desirable technical skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential soft skills for this position. A proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel for client meetings are qualities that will contribute to your success. Candidates with experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing, familiarity with CRM software, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies are preferred.
