Sales and Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Content Creation: Create and proofread marketing copy for different platforms, including online ads, newsletters, brochures, and videos.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create digital content, and potentially assist with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and website content.
• Brand Development: Increase brand awareness and develop the overall brand image by aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, production) and external partners (agencies, media outlets) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns to adjust strategies as needed.
• Budget Management: Manage and monitor marketing budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.
• Event Coordination: Organize and attend events like conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and build relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and update customer databases.

Key Skills & Tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
