Speech and Language Therapist

• Assessment and Diagnosis:Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Treatment Planning:Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and communication or swallowing issues.
• Therapy Implementation:Provide direct therapy to help patients improve their ability to produce sounds, understand and use language, and strengthen muscles for swallowing.
• Monitoring and Adjustment:Continuously monitor patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Patient & Family Support

• Education and Counseling:Educate patients and their families about the specific disorders, treatment options, and strategies to use at home.
• Home Strategies:Provide guidance and support to families on how to practice therapy techniques and exercises to reinforce progress at home.

Collaboration & Record Keeping

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Work with other professionals, such as physicians, teachers, psychologists, and other therapists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

Professional Development

• Continuing Education:Stay up-to-date with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development.
• Research:Conduct or participate in research to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and treatment methods in speech-language pathology.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
