Job Description

Sales Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business from industrial clients for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term business.
  • Prepare and present

    techno-commercial proposals

    , offers, and tenders.
  • Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory norms (CPCB/SPCB), and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates with management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Chemical / Environmental) or Science (Chemistry preferred).
  • 7-12 years of B2B sales experience in water treatment / waste management / chemical industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of water treatment systems (STP, ETP, RO, DM, etc.) and related chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel to industrial client sites.
