Sales and Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for driving business growth through client engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion. Your role will involve meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can benefit them. By building strong relationships and closing deals, you will contribute to expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities will include conducting client visits to introduce our services, communicating with clients to identify their requirements, generating new business leads through networking and research, managing leads through the sales process, and converting qualified leads into clients. You will need to possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to travel frequently for client meetings. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in Finance or Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing. You should be proactive in lead generation, adept at following up with leads, and focused on achieving sales targets. Owning a motorcycle and a smartphone for daily work activities is a requirement for this position.
