Sales and Branch Manager

You will be responsible for managing branch operations and driving sales growth. Your duties will include overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring that the branch meets its revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You will need to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, lead and mentor the branch team, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, analyze market trends, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, along with proven experience in branch management or sales. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Office and sales-related tools, and a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets are also required.
