Sales Analyst Manager

Job Summary:

Sales Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales MIS Management:

• Maintain and update the

  Sales Management Information System (MIS)

  .
• Generate and circulate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances and improvement areas.

2. Lead Tracking and Management:

• Oversee

  end-to-end lead tracking using Salesforce (SFDC)

  .
• Monitor the status of leads assigned to Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Track all customer interactions including site visits and ensure timely updates from the sales team.

3. Performance Tracking:

• Track

  individual sales targets

  of Relationship Managers versus achievements.
• Highlight underperformance or deviations and escalate where necessary.

4. Channel Partner (CP) Management:

• Monitor

  new CP empanelment

  and activation status.
• Maintain a database of active and onboarded CPs.

5. Sales Efficiency and Quality Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators such as

  booking efficiency

  ,

  cancellation rates

  and

  conversion ratios

  .
• Provide insights to the sales leadership to improve sales operations.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a sales coordination or sales operations role.
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce (SFDC)

  .
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of sales cycles and performance metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
