Sales Analyst - Channel Sales Coimbatore

Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for driving analysis and proposing actionable insights to the Head Channel Sales. The role holder anchors and monitors programs / initiatives across channel Sales.

Role & responsibilities:

• Bring in actionable insights from input metrics; Ensure timelines adherence and track milestone achievements. Support and formulate the ABP.
• Ensures that the inventory queries are addressed, and delivery schedules are managed.
• Drives proper coordination with customers as required to manage inspection, commercials and dispatch details.
• Perform analytics with data captured in CRM and LN to arrive at actionable insights.
• Propose detailed action plan to achieve sales objectives and customer delight.
• Drive programs / initiatives and track progress.
• Perform financial analysis and track adherence to achieve ABP goals.
• Use the lead indicators from various sources to achieve customer delight, business planning (sales & inventory mgmt.)
• Work with channel & operations team to propose action plans with detailed implementation steps.
• Work with channel & operations team for timely adherence of various initiatives.
• Act as project manager and propose mitigation plan for any potential risk & delay.
• Achieve product mix and financial goals inline with ABP, drive focus for new product sales.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience of 2-5 years in Business Analytics / Sales Excellence.
• Should possess knowledge of MS office, Power BI and exposure to any ERP.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, combined with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
