Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented inside sales professional to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring client success while strategically expanding our market reach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction through proactive support and training.
Monitor client engagement to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product adoption.
Resolve client issues promptly while gathering and sharing feedback to improve products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.
Deliver product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

Fresher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, client success, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
