Job Description

Role holders will be responsible for Market Development in assigned regions by planning field activities, develop & train demonstrators & achieve MS% in assigned region.

Role & responsibilities

Facilitate achievement of Market Share% target through Focus models (FM) Market development initiatives & Influencer referral programs
Plan & execute enquiry generation & conversion to meet FM delivery targets
MD Field activity planning & Execution based on above
Recruit, Train, Manage and Develop MD Manpower | Field officers & TAFE Product Champions
Good product knowledge & training competency
Training, evaluation & development of TAFE & Dealer Demonstrators (TPC & DDC)
Productivity of MD resources like Demo tractors (both TAFE & Dealers) / MPC/MDC/DDC
Market & Competition intelligence Tracking
