About the role

This role sits at the intersection of Sales + AI + GTM Automation — think of it as a Sales + AI GTM Engineer in the making. 


You won’t just support the sales process — you’ll design, automate, and scale it using AI, HubSpot, workflows, and agentic tools. From lead research to AI-powered outreach, CRM automations to pipeline intelligence, you’ll learn how a modern AI-native GTM engine is built. 


What You’ll Do

● Own HubSpot CRM — maintain, optimize, and build workflows & automations

● Identify friction in the sales process and use AI to streamline or automate it.

● Research ICPs, target accounts, prospects, and whitespace opportunities 

● Support outreach across Email, LinkedIn, and calls — using AI-enabled playbooks 

● Build sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, and GTM assets

● Experiment with agentic GTM tools for acceleration (e.g., AI prospecting agents, AI follow-ups, LinkedIn automations, call intelligence)

Participate in client calls, demos, and GTM strategy discussions 


Who You Are

● 1-3 years of experience into the similar domain.

● completed studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields

● Strong communicator with a curious and analytical mindset

● Excited about AI, SaaS, and B2B GTM — especially AI-powered selling

● Familiar with HubSpot or CRMs (bonus if you’ve built workflows/automations)

● A systems thinker — your instinct is: “How can we automate or optimize this?” 

● Proactive, experiment-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment


Bonus Superpowers (Nice to Have) Not mandatory, but great if you have:


✓ Experience with CRM automations (HubSpot preferred) 

✓ Built personal Notion dashboards or workflow systems

✓ Used GTM + AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Apollo, Clay, etc.) 

✓ Interested in a future role in RevOps / Sales Ops / AI GTM Engineering
