Sales Agent (Real Estate)

You will be joining our team as a Real Estate Agent, where your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, assist clients in property transactions, and offer exceptional service during buying, selling, or leasing processes. Your duties will include prospecting and lead generation, property showings, client assistance in property transactions, negotiation, database maintenance, and collaboration with the marketing team for listings and promotional materials. You will need to stay updated with market trends, prices, and legal documentation, prepare necessary paperwork for transactions, and coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams when necessary. Attending client meetings, site launches, and real estate exhibitions will also be part of your role. Ideally, you should have experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach. You should possess good knowledge of the local real estate market, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Having a vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred. Your compensation will consist of a lucrative commission structure based on performance, along with additional perks such as travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and bonuses. The work schedule is 6 days a week with Sunday working and one weekday off.
