Sales Account Executive

ImexDBusiness is a Chilean-based market research company that provides detailed and extensive trade-level data for 100+ countries worldwide. Companies utilize our platform to discover potential partners, find reliable suppliers, explore new market opportunities, assess potential risks, and conduct pricing comparisons. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Account Executive to contribute to expanding our customer base in India. In this role, you will interact with potential and existing customers, comprehend their requirements, and guide them towards achieving success with our platform. You will collaborate closely with the Operations team to deliver value and secure deals. As a Sales Account Executive, you will: - Manage outbound and inbound sales leads, taking them through the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. - Conduct product demonstrations and elucidate key features tailored to individual customer needs. - Cultivate strong relationships with leads and customers through proactive communication. - Work in conjunction with internal teams to enhance user experience. - Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and offer a feedback loop for sales and product enhancement. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer objectives and product usage. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings. - Support marketing endeavors by providing insights on lead quality and campaign performance. The ideal candidate should possess: - 1-3 years of work experience. - Remote work mode with a preference for location in Udaipur. - Key skills in sales and negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, experience in SaaS sales or customer-facing roles, and familiarity with SMB sales. - Understanding of International Business and the ability to decipher and elucidate international business terminologies such as HS Code, Trade analysis, and Competitor Analysis.
