Sales Manager – Hotel Industry We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations for our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build corporate and travel agent relationships to increase bookings and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room bookings and revenue Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, OTA platforms, and local partnerships Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and guests Handle online and offline marketing initiatives , promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers Coordinate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review Key Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
