Sales Manager – Hotel Industry

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations for our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build corporate and travel agent relationships to increase bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room bookings and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, OTA platforms, and local partnerships
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and guests
• Handle online and offline marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Coordinate with front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
