Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products in the assigned region.
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly
sales strategies
to exceed business targets.
Identify, onboard, and manage
DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners
to ensure consistent business inflow.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with channel partners
to generate leads and ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular
training and engagement activities
with channel partners to enhance productivity and adherence to company policies.
Supervise end-to-end
loan application and documentation process
ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from sourcing to disbursal, while managing escalations effectively.
Maintain regular reports and updates on
pipeline, lead status, partner performance, and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Sales/Finance is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales, preferably in
Loan Against Property, Mortgage, or Secured Loans
.
Proven ability to
develop and manage partner networks
(DSA/connectors).
Good understanding of
LAP documentation, credit underwriting
basics, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive environment.
