Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Apply deep expertise to address complex and strategic technology needs within client businesses.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline; develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers to sell services.
  • Understand customer pain points and lead strategy sessions to identify and propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Make informed business decisions based on quantitative data and sales metrics.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals to stakeholders, aligning offerings with customer strategic goals and buying capacity.
  • Retain and grow customer accounts by maintaining responsiveness and proactively solving problems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Leverage knowledge of technology operations, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and applications.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous communication and support.
  • Drive demand generation through virtual/video meetings, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative selling of technology solutions and services to mid-market companies.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, developing leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively via video, email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Strategic thinker with a holistic understanding of business models and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn from past wins and losses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptive, with the ability to modify behavior for better sales outcomes.
  • Technical proficiency with sales intelligence tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Driven, passionate, and committed to achieving sales success.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
