Sage Intacct Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for Sage Intacct users
• Assist with system configuration, user access, and permissions management
• Design, develop, and optimize custom financial reports and dashboards
• Offer guidance on Sage Intacct best practices for process improvement and automation
• Work with accounting/finance teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions
• Support integrations between Sage Intacct and other business systems or tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data, workflow, and performance issues
• Stay current with Sage Intacct updates and new features, advising on relevance and adoption

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
• Proven ability to write and customize reports (e.g., using Intacct’s report writer tools)
• Experience with troubleshooting system errors, data discrepancies, and user issues
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools (a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information to non-technical users

• Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift

• This is a remote WFH opportunity

• High speed internet and power backup required

• Has supported finance/accounting users previously.
• Knows how to troubleshoot system issues and escalate appropriately.
• Patient, thorough, and responsive in user communications.
