Safety Trainer - North East - GO/JC/1267/2025

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels
• Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any safety-related issues
• Manage safety projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of safety training and compliance
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in safety training
  

Requirements

• 2 - 7 years of experiences required in oil & Gas Industry safety training, implementation, customer support, and project management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
