Safety Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and risk control strategies.
• Educate employees on safe work practices and conduct toolbox talks or safety briefings.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 03 years of experience in an occupational safety or HSE-related role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in

• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, local labor codes, etc.).
• Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic report writing.
