The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly in the installation of prefabricated (prefab) blocks and steel structures. This role requires management skills to ensure timely project updates and efficient coordination with the management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards. Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation including daily reports, work logs, material usage, and progress photos. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Support the implementation of quality control and assurance protocols on-site. 1. Monitor and Enforce Safety Compliance Ensure all workers follow safety rules and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions or practices. Enforce use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). 2. Conduct Safety Training Organize and lead safety orientations and training sessions for new and existing employees. Educate workers on proper equipment handling and emergency procedures. 3. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification Identify potential hazards in the workplace. Carry out risk assessments and recommend preventive measures. 4. Accident Investigation and Reporting Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses. Prepare and maintain accident and safety reports. Recommend corrective and preventive actions. 5. Emergency Preparedness Develop and implement emergency response plans. Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, and other safety equipment are functional and accessible. 6. Coordination with Management and Authorities Liaise with site managers, engineers, and health and safety officers. Ensure the organization complies with local safety laws and industry standards. 7. Maintain Safety Records and Documentation Keep up-to-date records of safety inspections, incident reports, training logs, and safety meetings. 8. Promote a Safety Culture Encourage employees to report hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
