Site Supervisor (construction)

Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Sanand Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Site Engineer/ Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site supervisor for daily operations and at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly in the installation of prefabricated (prefab) blocks and steel structures. This role requires management skills to ensure timely project updates and efficient coordination with the management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards. Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation including daily reports, work logs, material usage, and progress photos. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Support the implementation of quality control and assurance protocols on-site.
