Core technical skills/responsibilities: Operation and monitoring of 3.6 MW Bleed cum Back Pressure Siemens Turbine using Yokogawa & DCS system. Efficient handling of Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment including Main Oil Tank, ACT (Auxiliary Cooling Tower). Gland Condenser, De aerator, and steam distribution network to plant. Maintaining optimum turbine performance, efficiency, and safety parameters. Start-up, Shutdown. and load adjustment as per process requirements. Coordination with field operators for smooth operation and troubleshooting. Monitoring lube oil, control oil, steam, and condensate systems. Maintaining operational logbooks and shift reports. Following SOPs and adhering to safety, statutory, and environmental compliance. Implementing and supporting energy & cost reduction initiatives for turbine and BOP systems. Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation related to operations, energy performance, and compliance. Participating in safety & sustainability initiatives to improve workplace safet3' and environmental performance. Identifying and reporting abnormalities, assisting in maintenance activities during planned and unplanned shutdowns.

Role & responsibilities Manage daily plant operations across all sites ensuring adherence to production schedules, output, and quality benchmarks. Drive standardization of operational processes and best practices across locations. Oversee ink formulation process efficiencies and plant-specific challenges To improve profitability by yield improvement, energy conservation, process time cycle reduction. Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production as per quality standards. Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary. To ensure the standard operating procedures are available at all processes and are followed by maintaining safe practices at plant. To improve profitability by yield improvement, energy conservation, process time cycle reduction. Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production as per quality standards. To ensure the standard operating procedures are available at all processes and are followed by maintaining safe practices at plant. 1. To be Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. 2. To scrutinize and observe work in progress, to ensure that proper PPEs are worn, and procedures are followed. 3. To assist in analyzing hazards and developing ergonomic risk assessments for both public and non-public areas. 4. To assist in developing plans, Site Safety Rules/Plan, and procedures to minimize risk to the public and employees. 5. To assist in developing and implementing effective safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene program. 6. To assist in assessing risks and hazards and make effective recommendations for action and correction to create an accident-free working environment. 7. To perform detailed technical, safety, hazard, and environmental research. 8. Ensuring the implementation of various safety measures for the safe operation at the site as well as the implementation of safety precautions as per the statutory requirements. 9. To be responsible for safety inspection in compliance with statutory rules & regulations. 10. To Monitor & evaluate safety program & make recommendations for improvements. 11. To assist in coordinating Training to the Site Team members. 12. To investigate, analyze and prepare accidents report/s and send to HOD. 13. To conduct environment monitoring surveys through outside agency. 14. To Ensure: A) Motivational activities; B) Safety Induction for new Joinees (at Site) and C) Toolbox talks (once a week) during change in process/working conditions/Mock Drill. 15. To organize / conduct site safety committee meetings from time to time. 16. To ensure good housekeeping at project sites. 17. To formulate and draft an ON SITE /OFF SITE EMERGENCY PLAN 18. To ensure zero accidents at site 19. To ensure safety plan at site 20. To ensure Hygiene condition at site and labour camp 21. To ensure segregation of scrap to implement reduction, recycle. 22. To participate in Audits and involve in implementation resolving of audits observation /NC. 23. To carry out Duties and Responsibility as per BOCW Act. 24. To carry out other tasks assigned by the management from time to time. 25. To assist in coordination & implementation of ISO & maintain all records.
