Job Description

As a Safety Manager at our construction site in Lucknow, your role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive safety plans and site-specific procedures. - Monitoring daily field activities to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. - Conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training for all site personnel. - Performing regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. - Investigating incidents, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions. - Ensuring compliance with legal and company-specific health and safety standards.
