As a Safety Engineer for a prestigious Hyderabad project. Drive zero-incident site operations with a strong focus on working-at-height, scaffolding & glazing safety . Responsibilities : Implement and monitor site safety plan in compliance with statutory norms & client requirements. Conduct daily safety inspections , identify hazards, and ensure corrective/preventive actions. Enforce PPE compliance and safe practices during faade/glazing installation, lifting operations, working at heights, and scaffolding activities . Conduct toolbox talks , safety training & awareness programs for workers & subcontractors. Maintain safety records, accident/incident reports, and statutory compliance documentation. Liaise with site management & client safety teams to address and resolve safety concerns. Assist in emergency preparedness and first-aid arrangements at site. Requirements : Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering with Safety Certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/ADIS or equivalent). Experience: 36 years in construction safety , preferably faade/glazing/high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of working-at-height & scaffolding safety standards . Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
