You will speak with warm leads who already booked a demo, deliver clear presentations of our CRM + WhatsApp automation platform, and close high-ticket monthly or annual subscriptions.

This role is perfect for someone who understands consultative selling, builds trust fast, and thrives in a fast-growing Indian SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 video demos (Google Meet / Zoom) with inbound leads
• Understand client pain points and position InstenTech as the solution
• Use the

  NAVIGATE Sales Framework

  to structure all calls
• Handle objections, pricing queries, and explain ROI
• Share payment links and follow up to close deals
• Work with the tech team to ensure smooth onboarding
• Report daily conversions and pipeline updates to the founder
  

Success in This Role Looks Like:

• 3–5 demos per day (calendar booked for you)
• 1–2 paid conversions per day (₹5,000–₹79,999 plans)
• High demo-to-close ratio
• Happy, retained clients with strong first impressions
• Collaborative communication with founder & tech support team
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in high-ticket or SaaS sales (preferred)
• Excellent spoken & written English + Hindi (Assamese is a plus)
• Confidence using Zoom, Google Meet, CRM & WhatsApp
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Able to understand and explain basic software/automation concepts
• Motivated by performance + commission
  

Job Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Work From Home (Remote OK)
• Base Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
• Performance Bonus/Commission on each sale
• Full product training provided
