As a skilled and dynamic SaaS Marketing Manager/Lead/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our growing team at Princeton. Your passion for digital marketing and SaaS products will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and retain customers for SaaS products. You will create engaging content through various channels such as blogs, case studies, white papers, webinars, and videos to educate and captivate prospects. Collaborating with the sales and product teams, you will map out and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention. Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns will be a key part of your role, where tracking performance, analyzing data, and optimizing based on insights will be essential. Leading SEO and SEM initiatives to boost organic search rankings and drive quality traffic will be part of your focus. Your proficiency in analytics tools will enable you to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital channels will be under your guidance to ensure brand development. You will also work on successful product launches by liaising with cross-functional teams. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs will help you shape effective marketing strategies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Having 2-5 years of proven experience in SaaS marketing at varying role levels is required. In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies is crucial. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools is expected along with excellent communication and copywriting skills. Preferred skills include experience in B2B SaaS marketing, knowledge of growth hacking techniques, and proficiency in product marketing and positioning.
