Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting communication, operations, and customer engagement with Russian-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Facilitating clear and effective communication between Russian- and English-speaking teams. - Supporting day-to-day operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and project coordination. - Translating and localizing materials, such as emails, presentations, customer communications, and internal documents. - Managing customer inquiries, providing timely responses, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution. - Assisting in preparing business proposals, meeting summaries, and operational reports. - Contributing to improving workflows, customer engagement processes, and internal communication standards. - Maintaining cultural awareness to ensure communication is respectful, accurate, and aligned with regional expectations. You should have the following qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken). - Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in communications, customer service, operations, or similar roles. - Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision. - Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience working with Russian-speaking markets or clients. - Knowledge of local business practices and cultural nuances. - Previous experience in multinational or multicultural teams. - Additional language skills are a plus.,
