About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong skills in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks. You will work remotely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performing applications while maintaining best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services with Ruby on Rails and develop interactive UI components.
• Write clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry standards.
• Participate in Agile activities such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Conduct peer code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
• Collaborate with teams to create technical documentation and internal tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Git workflows, and test-driven development.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment.
