Role Overview

Rubber Technologist / Rubber Mixing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rubber compounding, formulation, and mixing operations
• Oversee Banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll Mill processes
• Ensure QC parameters and testing standards
• Drive process optimisation and reduce defects
• Support new product development and trials
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
• Lead a small team in production and testing

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Rubber Technology with 10+ years

   experience

  OR

   strong hands-on experience in

  industrial rubber manufacturing

   (rollers, conveyor belts, coated fabrics, cots & aprons, etc.)
• Experience in compounding, rubber chemicals, and testing
• Hands-on experience with Banbury / Intermix / Two-Roll Mill
• Strong troubleshooting and process control ability
