Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rubber Technologist located in Kalol. The Rubber Technologist will be responsible for designing and developing rubber products, conducting material and product testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the engineering and design teams, optimizing production processes, and addressing technical issues related to rubber manufacturing. The role requires a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency to meet client and industry requirements. Qualifications Expertise in rubber product design, development, and testing Strong understanding of rubber compounding and material properties Experience in troubleshooting technical issues in production and optimizing processes Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and working with engineering teams Knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance methods Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role or in the rubber manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
