Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rubber Technologist, located in Surat. The Rubber Technologist will be responsible for analyzing and developing rubber compounds, ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished products, and assisting in the optimization of manufacturing processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting research to enhance material properties, investigating production challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Qualifications Knowledge of rubber compounding, material analysis, and product testing Ability to perform quality control procedures and troubleshoot production issues Experience in researching and enhancing rubber properties and formulations Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, or a related field Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Exposure to environmental and safety regulations is a plus Relevant experience in the rubber manufacturing or recycling industry is an advantage
