You will be responsible for managing the rubber compounding process to ensure consistency and quality. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to rubber processing and production will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with the R&D team to innovate and improve products is essential, along with overseeing material selection for the best-quality raw materials. Providing technical support to the production team, conducting root-cause analysis for product defects, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry quality standards are crucial aspects of this position. Maintaining accurate records of formulations, testing, and production outcomes will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and test new rubber formulations and products based on customer specifications. - Manage the rubber compounding process, ensuring consistency and quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rubber processing and production. - Work closely with the R&D team to innovate and improve products. - Oversee material selection, ensuring the use of the best-quality raw materials. - Provide technical support and guidance to the production team. - Conduct root-cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing, and production outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in rubber compounding and manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of rubber materials, properties, and processing techniques. - Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and quality control procedures. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with extrusion and molding processes is an advantage.,
