Molding Production Supervisor

Job Description

Job Role: Molding Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the rubber molding department. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Minimize rejections and rework by maintaining strict process controls. Train and monitor machine operators and helpers. Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth production flow. Maintain documentation related to production and 5S/workplace discipline. Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve productivity. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Rubber/Polymer Engineering. Problem solving 3-7 years of hands-on experience in molding rubber parts (compression/transfer/injection). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of molding machines, molds, raw material behavior, and process parameters. Experience in ISO/quality system environments is preferred.
