Job Description

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Specialist to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing the record-to-report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the record-to-report (RTR) process including month-end close activities.
Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
Identify and implement process improvements in RTR activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in RTR or general accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
