We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Specialist to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing the record-to-report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the record-to-report (RTR) process including month-end close activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in RTR activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in RTR or general accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
