Description We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Specialist to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing the record-to-report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage the record-to-report (RTR) process including month-end close activities. Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations. Identify and implement process improvements in RTR activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in RTR or general accounting roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Understand on-going changes in fashion and market trends and translate them into actionable ideas for business and customer growth. Collaborate with Fabric Product Development for new product development as per Brand guideline based on customer requirement or market trends in order to enhance Vardhman's revenue, market share and customer base. Closely monitor the progress on development and day to day conversation with customer for on development for feedback and bulk conversion. Visiting buyer for presentations along with design team. Management Review daily, weekly and monthly commentary on segment sales, order booking reports, production reports, dispatch reports, collections reports, order status reports in order to identify key actionable insights and red flags and updated Section in charge in case of deviation. Ensuring on lead time, quality and product price in order to ensure that these critical parameters are within customer requirements Monitoring regular sales and profitability analysis in order to continuously identify root cause of key variances with budgeted targets and to re-align overall sales & marketing strategy and focus. Ensuring regular engagement with customers in order to understand their requirements, challenges and apprising them of new products. Sharing scheduled flash reports on timely manner for bulk and development for monitoring progress and notifying the key actionable. Working closely with customer and plant QA to resolve complaints in timely manner. Building strong relation with existing customer. Strong understanding of fabric and different products and their technical and commercial specifications.
