RTO Manager

We're Hiring: RTO Manager – Used Car Division
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Are you an expert in RTO operations with a deep understanding of motor vehicle compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination? Join our growing team and lead the charge in transforming the used car experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

RC Transfer & Compliance:

• Lead seamless end-to-end RC transfer processes for used vehicles
• Ensure compliance with state-specific RTO regulations and motor vehicle laws

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Manage RTO agents, brokers, and third-party vendors
• Negotiate service charges and monitor turnaround times

Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate RTO application and payment records
• Oversee PDD (Post-Disbursal Document) submissions to financial institutions

Team Management:

• Train and lead a team of RTO executives
• Conduct internal audits to ensure process adherence and legal compliance

Process Improvement:

• Identify bottlenecks and implement tech-enabled or lean process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance) for better customer journey

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree
*5+ years in RTO operations (preferably in used car aggregators)*Hands-on experience with Parivahan, vAuto, AAX, or similar platforms*In-depth knowledge of MV Act, pollution norms, and RTO tax structures*Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
